MILESTONES

2011 – Leveling up organization and opening 3 Branches: Surabaya, Bandung and Denpasar. Recognize as top 3 leading of Video Surveillance Distributor in Indonesia.

2014 – Receive Best Asia Distributor from Vivotek Inc. 2 times in a row, extend product range to Access Control, Time Attendant, Storage and Server, Enterprise VMS and NVR. Opening 2 branches: Semarang & Medan. Setup local repair in all branches.

2017 – Hotware expanded its office in Jakarta adding a new office and turning the old office into an RMA Center and Warehouse. Nominate as one of the most influence distributor of Video Surveillance market by Indosecurity Magazine

2019 – Hotware Indonesia appointed as Athorized Distributor for Delta Electronics in Indonesia

2021 – April officially registered as distributor at E-Catalogue LKPP, Surveillance line product adding Hanwha Techwin as Authorized Distributor

2022 – Hotware Indonesia officially appointed as Athorized Distributor for Vanderbilt, Comnet and Network Optix
